Today, I want to talk about the Namsan Arae Cafe, a spot where you can catch Seoul’s stunning sunset.
What comes to mind first when you think about Seoul?
For me, the first things that pop into my mind are its vibrant night views and picturesque sunsets.
My first stop in Korea is Haebangchon(해방촌), nestled beneath Namsan Tower ,there is this charming little spot known as the Namsan Arae Cafe, boasting some of the most breathtaking views of Seoul’s skyline, both during the day and at night.

Tips and Tricks:
Since this café sits atop a hill, it’s a bit of a trek to get there without a bus. If you’re up for a romantic stroll up the mountain, go for it! But if you’re short on time or stamina, taking a bus from Sookmyung Women’s Univ. or Seoul Station, specifically the Yongsan02, is your best bet.

1) the main one (on the right in the picture) and the annex (on the left).
2) The rooftop, where you’ll want to catch those stunning views, is located in the main building.
Plus, if you’re looking to grab a drink or a snack, you’ll find everything you need in the main building too.
